2.8 optimal, 5 falloff with antimatter
7 optimal, 6.3 falloff with null.
as a comparison, brutix gets 3.8 optimal with null and 1.5 with antimatter. if you can just kite him a little into falloff you might win a fight =)

dont think there is much room for medium neut/nos and small ones are pretty crap on a battlecrusier. but I could be wrong, dont have eft on me right now.

nah, you might win against the buffer setup since nobody expects the HG crystal boost. :) I was more thinking if there was a way to force on an x-large booster, scrap the damage control for a reactor control or something. feels like you could take advantage of the boosting a bit more, maybe some boost amps etc. who knows.
